We may engage third-party carriers and partners to fulfill shipments. When we do, both our terms and the carrier’s terms may apply.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing:

  • Accurate and complete information
  • Valid contact details
  • Business documentation (for commercial accounts)

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information remains current

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Remain inactive for extended periods
  • Pose security or legal risks

3. Shipping Procedures

3.1 Booking and Quotes

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Rates may vary based on package characteristics and service level
  • Final charges may differ from quotes if package details were inaccurate
  • Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of shipping terms

3.2 Package Preparation

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Properly packaging items to withstand normal handling
  • Using appropriate materials for item protection
  • Securing all contents to prevent movement
  • Following our packaging guidelines available on our website
  • Ensuring packages can withstand a drop test from 1 meter

We are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide:

  • Correct sender and recipient addresses
  • Accurate package dimensions and weight
  • Truthful description of contents
  • Proper customs documentation for international shipments
  • Required permits or licenses for restricted items

False or misleading information may result in:

  • Shipment delays or rejection
  • Additional fees
  • Legal consequences
  • Service suspension

3.4 Prohibited Items

We do not ship:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
  • Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and authorized)
  • Perishable goods without proper arrangements
  • Live animals (except with special authorization)
  • Currency, negotiable instruments, or bullion
  • Human remains
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Any items prohibited by origin or destination country laws

Shipping prohibited items may result in:

  • Package confiscation
  • Legal action
  • Forfeiture of shipping fees
  • Liability for all resulting costs

3.5 Restricted Items

The following require special handling and prior approval:

  • Electronics containing lithium batteries
  • Fragile or high-value items
  • Temperature-sensitive goods
  • Oversized or overweight cargo
  • Items requiring special permits

Additional fees and insurance may be required.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Rates and Fees

  • Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level
  • Fuel surcharges may apply and are subject to change
  • Additional fees may include: residential delivery, signature confirmation, insurance, customs duties, storage, address correction, and redelivery attempts

4.2 Payment Terms

For Individual Customers:

  • Payment is due at time of booking
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers

For Business Accounts:

  • Credit terms may be available upon approval
  • Payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice
  • Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

4.3 Taxes and Duties

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees
  • The recipient is typically responsible for import duties and taxes
  • We may collect duties on behalf of customs authorities

4.4 Disputed Charges

To dispute a charge, you must notify us within 30 days with supporting documentation. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified
  • Timeframes are business days unless stated otherwise
  • Delays may occur due to: weather conditions, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, force majeure events, and security restrictions

5.2 Delivery Attempts

  • We make reasonable attempts to deliver packages
  • After failed delivery attempts, packages may be:
    • Held at a local facility for pickup
    • Returned to sender (fees apply)
    • Disposed of (for undeliverable items)

5.3 Signature Requirements

  • Certain shipments require signature upon delivery
  • By default, we may leave packages at the delivery address
  • You may request signature confirmation for an additional fee
  • We are not liable for theft of packages left without signature

5.4 Address Accuracy

  • Verify all addresses before booking
  • Address correction fees apply for incorrect addresses
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to address errors

6. Tracking and Notifications

6.1 Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments
  • Real-time tracking is available through our website and mobile app
  • Tracking updates may be delayed in certain circumstances

6.2 Notifications

We provide notifications for:

  • Shipment confirmation
  • In-transit updates

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limited Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Domestic shipments: $100 per package or actual value, whichever is less

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Delays in delivery
  • Damage due to improper packaging
  • Inherent defects in goods
  • Acts beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Declared Value and Insurance

  • You may declare a higher value for additional coverage (fees apply)
  • Maximum declared value varies by service type
  • Insurance must be purchased at time of booking
  • Proof of value may be required for claims

7.3 Claims Process

To file a claim:

  1. Submit within 30 days of delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items)
  2. Provide complete documentation including: shipping receipt, proof of value, photos of damage, original packaging (for damage claims)
  3. Await inspection (if required)
  4. Receive decision within 30 days

Claims are denied for:

  • Improper packaging
  • Prohibited or undeclared items
  • Failure to meet documentation requirements
  • Claims filed outside the time limit

8. International Shipping

8.1 Customs Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate customs declarations
  • Paying all duties, taxes, and fees
  • Obtaining necessary licenses or permits
  • Complying with export/import regulations

8.2 Customs Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.

8.3 Restricted Destinations

We may refuse shipments to certain countries or regions due to legal restrictions, security concerns, or operational limitations.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
  • Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Infrastructure failures

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veyro Logistics, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Your shipment of prohibited or restricted items
  • Inaccurate information provided by you
  • Third-party claims related to your shipments

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Our Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and platforms are owned by Veyro Logistics or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

12.2 Your Content

By submitting content to our platforms (reviews, feedback, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

13. Dispute Resolution
